Week 1 Term 4 Refection

This week we did explanations and I.C.T, for explanations this week we have been writing how to be a good friend and hyphens heres my writing of my explanations.

How to be a good friend

Being a good friend is very important in your friendship, so here's three examples of how to be a good friend.

Being loyal is important to your friend.
Being loyal is when you keep a secret with them, or you can tell the truth, You have their trust. Support friends with their ideas and sports, give them positive comments on their successes and cheer them on  the sports field. You give them your time and space, if they want to hang with their other friends you let them. Give them their space and let your friends enjoy doing their own thing.  When they get bullied you stick up for them at any time.

To respect your friend has different meanings.
You should accept them for who they are, you can't be selfish to them. Don't judge them for their looks and who they are. Do what you said you will do with them, when you make promises don't break them. Respect their property and their things, you should understand your friend as well and you can’t keep on dragging them to a sports club you go to, and force them to join.

Knowing your friend is better for your friendship.
To know your friend you have to know and like their hobbies, their favorite things like favorite color, food or there favorite songs and knowing what they dislike as well so if you pick a movie out and they don’t like it you have to know. Knowing your friend can affect your friendship in a good way and you will go far in your relationship with your friend.

People have different ways to explain what a good friend is, if you're respectful, loyal and if you know them, you will be a good friend.

Heres my hyphen explanation.

For I.C.T we had a teacher to come in and we learned about trolls on the internet and we had to explain what they are and who do deal with them heres my one.

  1. Hello Jessica, well done on completing your Troll poster. I think you've given a really clear explanation of what an online troll is, and how to deal with one. A lot of trolls are teenagers, but they can be someone of ANY age who wants to negatively impact someone - it's good to know what to expect from trolls and how to deal with them. Telling someone if you are dealing with a troll is a really smart idea, so that you are not alone.
